I TRIED TO CONTACT LIVE WELL FITNESS SUPPLY CO. WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

We apologize if you tried to contact us and were unsuccessful! Our business hours are M-F, 9am-8pm EST (New York, NY). The best way to contact us is via email, Support@LiveWellFitnes.com. We respond to all emails within the next business day.

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PIECE. WHAT CAN I DO?

Defective items must be reported to customer service (Support@LiveWellFitness.com) within 48 hours of delivery (before returning package) to ensure your refund or exchange is properly processed. False claims regarding defective pieces will result in the piece being returned to the customer, at the customer's expense.

CAN YOU SEND ME TRACKING INFORMATION?

You can expect to receive a shipping confirmation email (sent to the email entered at checkout) once your order ships. The email will contain a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to properly update.

DOES LIVE WELL FITNESS SUPPLY CO. OFFER EXCHANGES?

We currently do support exchanges, all you would need to do is contact Support@LiveWellFitness.Com and we will help process your exchange. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?

Once we receive your package back at our shipping facility, it can take between 1-3 business days for us to process your return. Once your return has been processed you will receive either a refund notification email or an email containing your store credit.

CAN I USE MY STORE CREDIT MORE THAN ONCE?

Yes! Your store credit will keep the remaining balance on your account. To use the remaining amount, simply enter the same store credit code originally sent to you at checkout.

MY RETURN IS PAST 30 DAYS, CAN I STILL RETURN?

Unfortunately, if your return is past our 30-day return deadline we cannot accept your return. Your piece will be shipped back to you at your expense.

CAN YOU SEND ME MORE THAN ONE PREPAID RETURN LABEL PER ORDER?

There is a limit of one prepaid return shipping label per order.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Once you place your order we cannot make any changes to it. However, we can cancel your order (as long as it has not shipped) and you can place an order with the correct pieces.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?

All pieces are produced in a limited run. Most pieces will not be restocked once they sell out.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON SWIMWEAR?

Swimwear purchased from LiveWellFitness.Com is warrantied for 30 days, this warranty does not extend to any purchases not made directly from our site.

MY PIECE WAS SENT BACK TO ME AFTER I RETURNED IT. WHY?

If we receive a return that is not in compliance with our return policy, we will not accept the return and it will be sent back to the customer. We document every return so if you have additional questions please reach out to us.
